Effective as of June 1st, 2026 We would like to inform you about changes to our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and terms of service (“TOS” or “Terms of Service”) resulting from the ownership of FULL ADHD transferring from Takeda to Psyon Games.What’s changing?
Beginning June 1st, 2026, Takeda Pharmaceuticals International AG will cease all processing of your personal data. Going forward, the data controller responsible for processing your personal data will be Psyon Games Oy (“Psyon Games”). FULL ADHD Privacy Policy
Psyon Games
1. Introduction
Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to Psyon Games (“we”, “us” or “Psyon Games”). This Privacy Policy informs you about the type, scope and purposes of data processing as well as your rights as a data subject when you use the mobile application FULL ADHD (the “App” or “FULL ADHD”).
This Privacy Policy is effective as of June 1st, 2026. We may update Privacy Policy from time to time and updates will be made available on our website. If we make any material changes to the Privacy Policy, we may also notify you by posting a notice in the App prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the App after the effective date will be subject to the updated Privacy Policy.

In connection with the App, we may also use certain third-party services and share your data with such third-parties with your consent. These third-parties are individual data controllers independently determining how they process your personal data. You can find more information on these third-party analysis tools and services and the ways in which they may process your data in Section 4 below.
3. How we process your information
No registration is required to use the App, and therefore we do not collect any personal data during registration. We may collect certain personal data and information about you in connection with the use of the App as described in Section 4 below.
We do not attempt to identify you on the basis of the data and we strive to aggregate, minimize and anonymize the data so that you cannot be identified on the basis of the data.
4. Types of data collected and your consent and third-party analysis tools and services
The types of legal basis for using data collected is divided broadly into two categories: marketing and product improvement. Within the App, you may give or withdraw consent separately for each of these two purposes.
Marketing purposes: These data help us understand how effective our user acquisition of the App is. Data is not used for remarketing purposes. There are no ads in the App.

At any time, you may use the App’s settings to change your consent for the collection of data in these two categories. If you do not provide consent for either marketing or product improvement purposes, you may continue using the App and no personal data will be collected.
Third-party analysis tools and services
We use third-party analysis tools and services to collect, process, and store the data. 5. Protection of your data
We use reasonable and appropriate physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the Information we process from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Although we do our best to protect the data we process, we cannot guarantee that the data will not be lost or altered or the absolute security of your data.
6. Data retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Note that if you ask us to remove your personal data, we may retain your data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After the applicable retention period, we will either delete or anonymize your personal data except for in situations if neither deletion or anonymization is possible (for example, due to data being stored on a backup server). We may continue to use any data that is not identifiable to you (for example, aggregated data).
7. Your rights regarding your personal data
If we are processing your data, you have the right to a copy of your personal information to be supplied to you in an electronic format upon request.
You also have the right to correct your data, request the deletion of your data, object to how we use or share your data, and the right to restrict how we use or share your data. If certain personal data is processed based on consent given by you, such consent can also be withdrawn by you at any time, for example in the App settings.
We will respond to all requests within a reasonable time frame. If you have questions or unresolved privacy or data use concerns, you can contact the Data Protection Officer at Psyon Games via email at dpo@psyongames.com.
We remind you that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority regarding our processing of your data. However, we kindly ask that you reach out to us first to allow us to address any of your concerns relating to the use and collection of your data.
FULL ADHD Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“TOS” or “Terms of Service”) are effective as of June 1st, 2026.
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the FULL ADHD mobile application (the “App”).
You must agree to these Terms of Service prior to using the App. By installing and using the App, you represent and confirm that you are of legal age or otherwise meet the age requirements set by applicable laws.
Additional information on how Psyon Games handles personal data relating to the App is available on a Privacy Policy at https://www.psyongames.com/full-adhd/privacy-policy. These Terms of Service together with the Privacy Policy affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the App and must stop using the App immediately.
Psyon Games reserves the right to alter these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at any time. Changes to either Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy shall become effective as soon as they have been released as part of the App or on our website. By continuing to use the App, you consent to any changes.
These Terms of Service contain a class-action waiver that may affect your rights regarding dispute resolution.
1. Purpose of the App
The purpose of the App is to raise awareness of ADHD in adults and to help you understand how ADHD can feel in everyday life.
The themes of the App revolve around young adulthood but it is suitable for anyone living with or interacting with people with ADHD to better understand what it feels like to have the condition. Generally, the App is designed to be useful for anyone interested in ADHD as a topic.
It’s good to remember that ADHD is always experienced individually. The story presented in the App is fictional and provides examples of how ADHD may manifest and feel. It aims to represent the core symptoms of ADHD and therefore doesn’t directly describe any of the three major types of ADHD or reflect any real individual.
By accepting these Terms of Service or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that the App is intended for general informational use only and the App is not a medical device or service. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or other medical condition and it does not in any manner replace the consultation of a doctor or other medical professional. Any information received through the App shall not be considered as a medical advice, care or opinion or used or relied for any medical purposes and the use of App shall not establish or create any medical or other healthcare professional relationship between you and Psyon Games.
2. License to Use the App
Psyon Games grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the App free-of-charge for personal non-commercial purposes. Using the App does not require registration. Psyon Games does not grant any right or permission to use the App for any other purposes under these Terms of Service. The rights granted to you hereunder are subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service. Psyon Games retains all right, title and interest in and to the App, including, but not limited to any and all intellectual property rights relating to the App.
This license is in effect until further notice. You may reject the license at any time by uninstalling the App from your mobile device. Psyon Games shall have right to terminate the license granted at any time in its sole discretion.
Using the App in breach of these Terms of Service, applicable laws, or good conduct is prohibited and can result in immediate termination of the license and possible legal repercussions.
You accept and agree that the you will under no circumstances:
- Copy, alter, edit, sub-license, distribute or otherwise commercially utilize the App or any of its parts, content or assets;
- Undertake any other measures that Psyon Games considers to be against with the intended purpose and planned operation of the App;
- Bypass or edit any of the security and privacy features, such as access rights or restrictions;
- Cause disturbance or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App in a way that hinders other users’ ability to use the App;
- Reverse-engineer, translate or otherwise try to acquire the source code unless this is specifically allowed by law, or try to obtain any other information about the mobile application by means Psyon Games has not specifically allowed;
- Use the App for fraudulent or abusive purposes or interfere with or disrupt the App, servers or networks that provide the App or institute, assist, or otherwise become involved in any type of attack, including without limitation distribution of a virus, denial of service attacks upon the App, or other attempts to disrupt the App or any other person’s use or enjoyment of the App;
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse, or harm of another person, group, including Psyon Games employees, directors, officers, and customer service representatives.
Psyon Games reserves the right to define what sort of actions it considers to be in compliance or violation with these Terms of Service, or the purpose and planned operation of the App and reserves the right to take any action as a result, which may include terminating your access to the App in whole or in part.
3. Updates and Removal of the App
Mobile applications are changing and developing by nature. Psyon Games reserves the right to edit the App and its content at any time without notifying you. Using the App may require that you accept repeated updates to the App.
Psyon Games reserves the right to cease providing or supporting the App or its parts at any time without notifying you. In this case, your license to access and use the App or any part thereof ceases immediately.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property of the App
All rights to the App, its content, appearance and assets, such as ownership, copyright and other intellectual property rights, belong to Psyon Games. Psyon Games also retains all rights not specified to be licensed in these Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psyon Games shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or other similar damages, including but not limited to loss of revenues, lost profits, lost data or business interruption or other intangible losses (however such losses are qualified), arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or the Service, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not Psyon Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent not prohibited by law, Psyon Games shall not be liable to you for more than the amount you have paid to Psyon Games in accordance with these terms in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which you first assert a claim. You acknowledge and agree that if you have not paid anything to Psyon Games during such time period, your sole remedy (and Psyon Games’ exclusive liability) for any dispute with Psyon Games is to stop using the App. The exclusions and limitations of damages are fundamental elements of the basis of the agreement between Psyon Games and you. For purposes of this Section “Limitations of Liability,” Psyon Games’s licensors and other partners are third-party beneficiaries to the limitations of liability specified herein and may enforce these Terms of Service against you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Psyon Games and its officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, shareholders and employees harmless from any claim, demand, damages, or other losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party resulting from or arising out of your use of the App or any breach by you of these Terms of Service except in cases where such third-party claim is not attributable to your intentional or negligent behavior.
Nothing in these Terms of Service shall affect the statutory rights of any consumer or exclude or restrict any liability resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct of Psyon Games. In the event some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability such as those stated in this Section the above terms may not apply to you. In such cases and jurisdictions, the limitations of liability in this Section shall apply only to the extent permitted by the laws of such jurisdictions.
6. No Extended Warranty
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service and to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the app is provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and Psyon Games makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice. No oral or written advice provided by Psyon Games, its employees or other representatives constitute a warranty. Psyon Games cannot guarantee that the App and its content (i) meet your demands, (ii) works in all possible environments; (iii) is available and usable without interruptions or interference; (iv) is flawless and complete; or (v) does not contain viruses or other harmful parts.
You are solely responsible for acquiring the devices, software and operational data connections required by the App, as well as all the incurring costs relating thereto.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
You agree that all disputes between you and Psyon Games shall be governed by the laws of Finland, regardless of conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may file against Psyon Games must be resolved exclusively by a court located in Helsinki, Finland.
If you are a resident of any EEA country, you may also make use of the Online Dispute Resolution platform offered by the European Commission as an out of court alternative to resolve disputes. However, please acknowledge that Psyon Games may not be required to accept the use of this or other alternative dispute resolution platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Psyon Games agree that each party may bring disputes against the other party only in an individual capacity, and not as a class action, collective action or class arbitration. By accepting these Terms of Service or using the App, you acknowledge and agree that this means that you cannot bring a claim against Psyon Games as a plaintiff or class member in a class action or any other collective, consolidated, or representative action.
